Who is Opus 38?

Opus 38 is comprised of violinists Alison Rolf and Katie Collins, violist Sarah Borchelt and cellist Marcia Mann. All four are professionally trained and have years of experience playing as soloists, chamber musicians and symphony musicians. The musicians have played with local ensembles such as the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra, the Muny Orchestra, American Kantorei and Bach at Sem and the Fox Theatre. In addition, they have played as back-up artists as Pavarotti, the Irish Tenors and many more. They are recorded and broadcast extensively and perform live regularly.

Our players maintain private teaching studios and adjudicate for solo and ensemble competitions.
